It's been a long day at our clinic. I come to you in the staff lounge and immediately take off my shoes. I put my sweaty nylon feet up in front of you. I like to tease you, I've always done it, but today I'm going to take it to the extreme! The pretty nylon feet and the sweet smell of sweat make you hard and I enjoy it. But what I do at the end will leave you speechless. The very last sentence will drive you even crazier.
