I'm a bit of a sadist, I'll admit that. One of my favourite practices is without a doubt CBT. I have a patient in my bizarre clinic today who really needs a bit of fire under his bum. or lots of sharp metal clamps in his private parts? what was that all about? Never mind! I put in one nasty clamp after another and then take them out to put in new ones. Of course, that's not enough for me. To make it even nastier, I run a vibrator over the clamps. Can you feel that? to fully satisfy my sadism, I also clamp his foreskin together. well, the head of his penis won't break through for a while.
